As a food lover and a mom of children with food allergies, I grew frustrated with spending hours scrutinizing ingredient labels, always wondering what was really in our spices, sauces, and snacks. All I wanted were delicious, trustworthy foods without a long list of additives, fillers, or top allergens. That mission first inspired me to create PUR Spices, and later, Bold & Airy Bites.

One of the greatest joys of this journey is seeing the creative dishes people make with PUR Spices and the smiles that Bold & Airy Bites bring to kids and adults alike.

Every PUR Spices product is rooted in my family’s story. My husband loves all things spicy, from our Harissa to Chipotle Fire. My kids are obsessed with Milk Masala and Chai Masala, and I reach for our Masala Paste multiple times a week during meal prep. I wanted my children to experience the bold, comforting Indian flavors I grew up with, but in a way that felt safe, transparent, and simple for busy families.

That same philosophy led to Bold & Airy Bites, our line of freeze-dried fruit and veggie snacks. As a mom always on the go (and always reading labels!). I wanted fun, vibrant, allergy friendly snacks I could pack for my kids, take to practice, and feel good sharing with friends and family. Just like PUR Spices, our Bold & Airy Bites ingredients are wholesome and intentionally selected so you always know exactly what you're eating.

Across both brands, we hand-craft our products in small batches, blend our own whole spices, freeze-dry our fruits and veggies at peak freshness, and source the most flavorful ingredients we can find. There are no secret ingredients and nothing hidden behind vague terms like “natural flavors” or “spices.” Transparency matters to us because it has always mattered to our family.
